What You’ll Do 

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst – Architect to join our team and drive the effective use of Salesforce to meet business objectives.  This role will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategy, business process optimization, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with enterprise IT and business objectives.
  • Lead the design and governance of Salesforce system architecture, data models, and integrations to optimize performance, reliability, and security across the enterprise.
  • Architect and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including automation, AI-driven insights, and multi-cloud integrations, to enhance business process efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide Salesforce best practices, including data governance, security compliance, and technical standards to ensure system integrity and scalability.
  • Evaluate and implement integration frameworks, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce, ERP (Oracle Cloud, NetSuite), HCM (Workday), and other critical enterprise applications.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, partnering with IT, business leaders, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance CRM capabilities and customer engagement.
  • Oversee technical debt management and system optimization, ensuring Salesforce configurations, customizations, and development align with long-term IT strategy and architectural principles.
  • Develop and execute a Salesforce innovation roadmap, leveraging emerging technologies, AI, and automation to drive digital transformation and competitive advantage.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, designing and implementing advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions to empower business leaders with real-time insights.
  • Mentor and guide solution architects, developers, and administrators, fostering a high-performance team that delivers scalable and future-ready Salesforce solutions.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a  related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization techniques.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and business process workflows.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, workflows, integrations, and automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Certified in:
    • App Builder
    • Service Cloud Consultant
    • Technical Architect

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management methodologies and project management tools like SmartSheet and Jira.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and best practices.
