The Opportunity

This isn’t just another sales job—it’s your chance to sell the future. As our Sr. Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the Metals & Minerals sector (focusing on Metals, Cement, Pulp & Paper). Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, you’ll hunt for new business, command complex enterprise deals, and introduce game-changing automation to industries ripe for disruption.

Your Mission
  • Drive Growth: Hunt, secure, and close high-value, complex enterprise deals with large industrial corporations.

  • Strategize: Develop and execute high-impact territory and account plans to crush your pipeline goals.

  • Navigate Complex Sales: Align and influence multiple stakeholders—from plant managers to C-suite executives and procurement teams.

  • Own the Value Prop: Deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into undeniable ROI and commercial proposals.

  • Be the Face of ANYbotics: Champion our disruptive technology at top trade conferences, roadshows, and live demonstrations.

Your Profile

    • Proven Closer: A strong track record in direct B2B sales of disruptive, high-tech industrial solutions (ideally software-enabled hardware).

    • Enterprise Expert: Experienced in navigating long-cycle, high-value sales within large industrial corporates.

    • Location: Based in the Rust Belt area or neighboring states (ready to travel to clients).

    • Mindset: Highly proactive, resilient, and deeply curious about solving complex industrial challenges.

    • Data-Driven: Master of state-of-the-art CRMs with a knack for accurate pipeline forecasting.

    • Bonus Points

      • Experience selling directly into the Metals, Minerals, Paper or heavy manufacturing industries.

      • A background in robotics, industrial automation, or industrial inspection/maintenance
