A Day in the LifeJoin a dynamic team at Medtronic and drive growth and innovation as a Sr Sales Enablement Program Manager! Medtronic's Global Strategy & Repair (S&R) organization is poised to double its revenue within the next few years. Identified as one of the top five needle movers in the enterprise Commercial Transformation, S&R offers an exciting opportunity for growth and achievement. As a shared service organization, our partnership spans across the enterprise. Your ability to manage through influence and foster collaboration will be critical to success in this role. You'll partner with 13 Operating Units (OUs) that have capital equipment in their portfolios, providing you with a unique chance to work across diverse teams and drive enterprise-wide synergy. Your role will concentrate 80% on the US market and 20% on international markets.

With diverse sales structures across the US, your ability to identify and implement best practices will elevate our entire sales organization. As a newly established commercial organization within Medtronic, we operate with a start-up mentality. Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement innovative strategies that empower our sales force with the information, content, expertise, and tools necessary for effective selling.
  • Optimize install base data to foster strong service contract pipeline and identify opportunities, all while enhancing sales effectiveness.
  • Employ sales metrics to pinpoint and quantify successful sales tactics, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Collaborate closely with Operating Unit stakeholders to guarantee robust support for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and implement new and enhanced deployment methods to keep our sales strategies fresh and impactful.
  • Establish global process for quarterly forecasting including identification and tracking of risks and opportunities.

Must Have

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to deliver results
  • Proven track record in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within a specialized area.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading a service sales organization
  • Experience with advanced CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with global teams.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$138,400.00 - $207,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

U.S. Pay Transparency (for SIP, Commission, Hourly Direct, Interns, Executives)The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
