Senior Sales Director (Canada)
Location: Canada (Preferred: Toronto/GTA)

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive new business growth and expand our presence within large enterprise accounts across Canada. This role is focused on acquiring new logos, developing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, and leading complex sales cycles for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new enterprise business opportunities across Canada.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective customers, with a focus on Fortune 1000 and large enterprise organizations.
  • Sell IAM and cybersecurity services, including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Access Management, and related security solutions.
  • Navigate and manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives, security leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal solutions, delivery, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals and close opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales, with a strong focus on services-led engagements.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business within large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity services, and enterprise security challenges.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar opportunities with extended sales lifecycles.
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in Canada, with preference for candidates located in the Toronto/GTA region.
