About the Role:

The Senior SDR/CDR represents the gold standard of execution at CrowdStrike, combining elite individual performance with mentorship responsibilities while serving as a role model for the team.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Excellence (Primary Focus - 80-90% of time)

  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota and attainment goals

  • Maintain superior daily KPI performance as the team benchmark

  • Execute strategic, creative outbound prospecting campaigns

  • Build high-quality pipeline through multi-channel engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with Account Executives

Influence & Example Setting

  • Model best-in-class prospecting techniques and work ethic

  • Drive positive energy, collaboration, and team morale

  • Contribute strategic ideas and process improvements

  • Actively share insights and best practices in team settings

Coaching & Development

  • Mentor new hires and struggling SDRs/CDRs with proven techniques

  • Provide peer coaching based on observation and experience

  • Share creative campaign approaches and tips with the team

Autonomy & Strategic Thinking

  • Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating role mastery

  • Own personal brand, including discovery notes and campaign creativity

  • Adapt strategies when workflows aren't effective

Success Metrics

  • First 90 Days: Consistently exceed quota, maintain superior KPIs, mentor at least one SDR/CDR, demonstrate workflow autonomy, achieve promotion readiness

  • Ongoing: Sustained quota/KPI excellence, positive team impact through mentorship, regular strategic contributions, strong personal brand

Career Path

  • Positioned for promotion consideration 90 days after achieving Sr. SDR/CDR status, with pathways to Account Executive or other closing roles.

  • Reports to: SDR/CDR Manager | Collaborates with: Team Leads, Account Executives, SDR/CDR peers

Note: Primary focus remains individual contribution and quota attainment, with mentorship integrated naturally without compromising personal performance.

What You’ll Need: 

  • Minimum 6 months as an SDR/CDR at CrowdStrike

  • 90% or higher rolling 6 month attainment

  • Proven track record of exceeding daily KPIs

  • Demonstrated mentorship qualities and peer support

  • Required: 90% or higher rolling 6 month attainment, 6+ months tenure, consistent quota/KPI achievement, autonomous work style, strong communication skills, passion for developing others

  • Preferred: Mentoring experience, process innovation track record, deep CrowdStrike product knowledge

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The hourly rate range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $23 - $34 per hour with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
