About 1Password

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Extended Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 165,000 businesses and millions of people trust us to provide seamless, secure access to their most critical information.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to join our RevOps Insights team with a dedicated focus on sales analytics and insights. This senior individual contributor role is embedded directly within the CRO organization to stay close to the business and support our teams in driving upsell and new business within our customer base.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency across the data stack with exceptional communication skills and business acumen. You should be just as comfortable debugging SQL as you are discussing pipeline risk with sales leadership. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the Sales team, anticipating data needs, surfacing key insights, and helping guide decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations.

This is not just a reporting role. We’re seeking a candidate who’s curious, proactive, and comfortable working in the messy middle, where business context meets technical depth.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across GTM (Sales, Marketing, CS), RevOps, Finance, and HR to drive strategic alignment and insights, reporting to the Sr. Manager of RevOps Insights.

What you can expect:

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales leadership by anticipating needs, shaping the right questions, and turning complex data into strategic recommendations.

  • Deliver thought leadership on analyses and dashboards that address critical business problems

  • Define, govern, and track Sales KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals and adapt them as the business evolves

  • Write optimized SQL queries, build and maintain dbt models, and manage version control using Git to deliver robust, reliable analyses and data pipelines

  • Design, develop, and own dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, and elsewhere that highlight leading indicators, pipeline health, and upsell or new-business opportunities

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to build scalable data solutions and onboard new data sources that support evolving sales use cases

  • Lead and prioritize analytics projects from scoping to delivery, managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and driving business impact

  • Work directly with sales executives to diagnose process bottlenecks, test data-driven improvements, and integrate analytics into GTM strategy

  • Maintain clear documentation to ensure consistency, reliability, and strong collaboration across the Analytics teams and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business decisions, ideally within a SaaS or go-to-market context

  • 5+ years of daily SQL experience

  • Proven ability to work directly with senior Sales or GTM leaders to influence strategy and improve processes

  • Expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue KPIs

  • Solid knowledge of statistics and probability concepts

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally to address business challenges

  • Track record of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and delivering work that drives measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Familiarity with revtech software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, 6sense)

  • Professional experience working in a GTM role such as Sales, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience data modelling with dbt

  • Familiarity with revtech software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, 6sense)

  • Deep Sales and Revenue analytics expertise, including forecasting, predictive modeling and operational optimization

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional data stakeholders on non-GTM teams such as Finance, HR and Product

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $92,000 USD and $124,000 USD plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.

Our culture

At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.

You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

Our approach to work

We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.

For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
