As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist focused on SDR field enablement, you’ll lead programs that improve prospecting efficiency, pipeline generation, and product knowledge skills for our global SDR teams. You’ll refine workflows, coach on best practices, reinforce outbound strategy, and ensure reps are set up to hit performance goals.
You’ll work closely with SDR, marketing, operations, tools and systems teams to ensure SDRs have the messaging, tools, and data they need to succeed. You're a strong executor who can turn strategy into practical, day-to-day support for reps on the floor.
What You’ll Do- SDR Field Enablement: Design and deliver programs that help SDRs refine their outbound execution, improve conversion rates, and drive qualified pipeline.
- Prospecting Support: Help reps apply best practices for ICP targeting, sequencing, call structure, and objection handling.
- Process & tool optimization: Ensure SDRs are using tools like Outreach, Orum, and Salesforce effectively by providing training and sharing tips.
- Content Delivery: Maintain and evolve SDR-ready assets like talk tracks, objection-handling guides, email frameworks, and call examples.
- Performance measurement: Analyze SDR rep activity and data to identify trends, spot coaching opportunities, and deliver programs based on these focus areas.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing (for messaging), ops (for performance metrics), and systems (for tooling) to keep programs effective.
What We’re Looking For- 2+ years of experience in sales productivity, field enablement, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market role
- Direct experience supporting or working as an SDR; you understand the day-to-day and what reps need to thrive
- Tactical Execution: Strong ability to deliver and reinforce practical skills eg calls, emails, objection handling, and outbound workflows
- Data literacy: Able to interpret SDR rep-level metrics (e.g., activity volume, conversion rates, talk time) to diagnose issues
- Go-to-market understanding: Familiar with SDR motions, qualification criteria (e.g. GRIP), and what good looks like across prospecting stages.
- Communication: Clear and confident communicator that has the ability to facilitate, especially in live sessions with reps. Able to simplify complex ideas and create clean resources.
- Organization & agility: Capable of managing multiple projects with tight feedback loops in a fast-paced environment.
