Your Day to Day

As a Sr. Regional Partner Sales Manager, you would be working on:

  • Build a plan to recruit new MSP partners by understanding our Ideal Partner Profile; collaborate with Marketing and the Partner Development Manager to keep partners engaged through close.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing MSP partners to maximize sales into their customer bases across GoTo’s products, partnering closely with Customer Success and SEs.
  • Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans for the MSP segment, including marketplace-led motions that strengthen our value in market and open new revenue.
  • Support partner program management and local leadership to increase revenue and drive pipeline.
  • Hold quarterly business reviews to set goals, assess performance, and drive growth across key partner segments and MSP marketplaces.
  • Build regional coverage (Western US preferred) and actively participate in MSP community and field marketing events to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting; clearly communicate deal status, next actions, and path-to-close.

What We’re Looking For

As a Sr. Regional Partner Sales Manager, your background will look like:

  • Proven experience in SaaS channel/alliances, successfully executing MSP partner and/or marketplace strategies to drive increased sales.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills; able to gather, analyze, and present performance and growth insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics and how to apply them to optimize partner performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Strong sales acumen: hunting/prospecting, deal structure, negotiation, and closing; ability to influence and build relationships with decision makers across partner and prospect organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem (RMM/PSA tools, reseller/distributor motions, marketplace dynamics).
  • Self-starter with high initiative—professionally assertive, operates independently in a lean team, with disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
