How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate quality initiatives.

  • Analyze materials and products to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs.

  • Investigate technical issues and drive corrective actions.

  • Review specifications and purchase orders for quality requirements.

  • Design and refine inspection processes for consistency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with teams to introduce innovative quality tools.

  • Maintain detailed documentation and quality reports.

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.

  • Proficient in ISO 9001, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

  • Skilled in root cause analysis and 8D problem-solving.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Experience with lean manufacturing is a plus.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
