This is a high-visibility role where your ability to design workflows, streamline operations, and keep strategic projects on track will directly influence company growth. You’ll be empowered to lead independently, solve problems quickly, and ensure initiatives move from concept to launch with clarity and discipline.

• Own the planning and execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives
• Break down large projects into focused, achievable deliverables
  Build and refine processes that increase efficiency and reduce friction
• Align stakeholders, clarify scope, and facilitate confident decision-making
• Provide leadership with visibility into project health, risks, and results

• Strong project management experience leading multi-phase initiatives
• Proven ability to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Comfort working independently while influencing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools like Asana and HubSpot is a plus (not required)
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are valued (but not mandatory)
