  • Support leadership and working forums with agendas, pre‑reads, notes, and action tracking

  • Present delivery status, risks, and key decisions in a structured and confident manner

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain standard delivery artifacts and ensure accuracy and consistency of execution data

  • Apply and continuously improve lightweight program management practices and templates

  • Contribute to consistent execution standards across the technology portfolio

  • Surface resourcing or funding risks that may impact delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives

  • Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level reporting

  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI, data, cloud, or platform‑based initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
