The Product Manager is responsible for supporting product strategy and leading day-to-day execution to guide products from discovery through production launch. This role focuses on delivering both software and data capabilities that solve customer problems, improve adoption, retention, and support monetization opportunities.  The Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to help drive execution, align stakeholders, to support recurring revenue growth. This role is expected to bring strong judgment, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Help define product vision and strategy while owning the roadmap to deliver on the strategy, aligned to customer needs, company priorities, and growth goals. 
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in workflow improvement, analytics, reporting, and data monetization. 
  • Own product initiatives with support from product and cross-functional leaders, partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes. 
  • Support prioritization decisions across competing opportunities, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, strategic fit, and commercial impact. 
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate product performance, customer behavior, feature adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities, and translate insights into action. 
  • Contribute to monetization strategies, including packaging, pricing inputs, usage-based models, premium analytics features, and data-enabled offerings. 
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on go-to-market planning, customer enablement, and launch readiness for new capabilities. 
  • Prepare business cases, performance updates, and product recommendations grounded in product, customer, and revenue data. 
  • Contribute to strong product management practices, prioritization, and cross-functional decision-making across the organization. 
  • Development and management of critical user persons that drive product usage and adoption. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, analytics, economics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Experience supporting cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization. 
  • Experience delivering software products that rely on analytics, reporting, data workflows, or customer usage insights. 
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, story writing, and agile delivery. 
  • Ability to analyze product, customer, and business data to support prioritization and decision-making. 
  • Experience conducting voice of customer/ voice of employee interviews to inform product roadmap decisions. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate business problems into scalable SaaS solutions. 
  • Experience with product analytics, KPI development, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement. 
  • Understanding of SaaS business metrics such as adoption, churn, retention, expansion, annual recurring revenue, lifetime value, and net revenue retention. 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution detail across customer needs, technical feasibility, operational constraints, and commercial outcomes. 
  • Comfort working in cross-functional environments and presenting recommendations clearly to stakeholders. 
  • Experience helping improve product processes or ways of working is a plus.

Success also includes strong cross-functional collaboration, sound prioritization, and the ability to help drive product decisions that lead to measurable business outcomes.
