The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and contribute to the construction of our core products. You’ll be working in lockstep with our Product and Engineering teams to drive the development of our mobile app, core payments infrastructure, and other web based applications to manage marketplace and rewards products. We’re building our MVP with top-tier financial services partners and suppliers. We’ve invested months into due diligence, surveying the market (talking to real people!), and targeting the right initial market to ultimately bring this product to life. This is an extremely hands-on and truly growth centric role. If you have a passion for building tech from 0-1 while putting the customer first, then this is the role for you!


How you’ll make an impact
  • Contribute to and deliver upon a clear product strategy that aligns with company goals
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap of features and enhancements to drive results
  • Collaborate closely with our development firm to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Work cross-functionally across the entire organization from design to support
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends in consumer preferences to ensure we can best meet their needs and preferences
  • Participate in customer discovery efforts and initiatives as our Beta users help us refine our product

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Prior experience building 0-1 products
  • Demonstrated experience being a member of an early stage product organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • The ability to turn ambiguity into clear and articulate requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the payments, banking, credit or marketplace spaces is a plus
  • A passion for building innovative financial services and consumer facing products
  • Must love dogs
