Our mission is to illuminate and accelerate global work. To do this, we’ve built an industry-leading time tracking and workforce management platform for remote and distributed teams.
We were an early believer in the remote work movement and have been 100% remote from day one—over a decade ago. With a focus on transparency and accountability, our software provides powerful insights into how work gets done.
Today, our platform supports time and activity tracking, shift and schedule management, invoicing, and payments for more than 95,000 businesses worldwide. But we’re still early in our journey.
We believe remote work represents the most significant shift in how businesses operate since the advent of the PC—and that most companies will rely on tools like Hubstaff as core infrastructure in the coming decade. We have strong momentum, a high-ownership culture, and ambitious goals, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next.
