As a Sr. Product Manager III, you'll serve as the Senior Product Owner and operational SME for the C2SET ecosystem. This role maintains deep understanding of user workflows, AFAMS mission needs, and operational priorities and ensures all roadmap decisions reflect real-world requirements. The Portfolio Lead synthesizes user feedback, coordinates across PMO and engineering, and guarantees operational relevance.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the product vision, connecting operational needs to engineering.
  • Manage portfolio level prioritization.
  • Align modernization and sustainment.
  • Coordinate user needs, test results, and exercise feedback into roadmap decisions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • An active Secret security clearance
  • 10+ years in product management
  • Experience leading product management for Models and Sims systems or simulation systems.
  • Strong backlog and user story development skills.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, test, and PMO.
  • Experience as an operational SME supporting AFAMS, AFSIM, or Air Force command and control training systems

SALARY RANGE: $166,000 - $179,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
