We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Finance to shape the future of CoreWeave’s Accounting and Finance technology landscape. This role sits within the Strategy and Transformation team in the CIO organization and is a key partner to the CFO organization.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for enabling technology initiatives for finance functions across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Revenue, AP/AR, and Finance Operations, and you will collaborate closely with adjacent domains such as GTM, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Data, and DC Operations.

You’ll lead high‑impact initiatives across our Finance stack, including (but not limited to) NetSuite, Coupa, Zip, Ironclad, Vertex, Anaplan, RevPro, Oracle/SAP, Workato, bank integrations, and our enterprise data/AI platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong track record enabling Finance processes with elegant, scalable technology, and is excited to leverage automation and AI-powered products to help CoreWeave scale.

What you’ll do
  • Define and own the product vision and multi‑quarter roadmap for Finance systems across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Revenue, Payables, Receivables, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Intercompany, and non‑US localizations.
  • Align the roadmap to measurable outcomes such as close cycle time, data quality, control effectiveness (SOX), automation rates, and Finance team productivity.
  • Make build / buy / extend decisions across first‑party applications, integration patterns, AI agents, and third‑party tools
  • Gather, document, and analyze requirements across Finance domains and their integrations with adjacent 1P and 3P systems.
  • Work collaboratively with business SMEs and engineering teams to drive elegant solution design that’s delightful to adopt, and optimized for the current and future
  • Partner with IT Engineering, Integrations (Workato), Data, and Security teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Drive data‑driven prioritization by establishing baseline metrics, defining success criteria, and communicating impact using before/after KPIs.
  • Identify and prioritize automation and AI‑powered opportunities (e.g., close automation, reconciliations, anomaly detection, variance analysis, approvals copilots) that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  • Ensure Finance systems and integrations are designed for auditability, observability, and resilience, with clear ownership and incident workflows.
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Finance Operations, and adjacent teams (GTM, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Data, IT).
  • Run a clear operating cadence for Finance systems, including intake and triage of requests, roadmap and prioritization reviews, release and change management, and post‑launch measurement and iteration.
  • Communicate roadmaps, trade‑offs, risks, and release updates at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
  • Manage vendor relationships for Finance platforms to ensure performance, roadmap alignment, and commercial efficiency.
  • Execute through Agile methodologies using JIRA, AI driven automations
  • Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and external auditors to design and maintain SOX‑compliant controls across Finance applications, integrations, and change management processes.
What you’ll bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent) with clear ownership of Finance systems/products, delivering internal products end‑to‑end in an agile environment (scrum/kanban, backlogs, roadmaps, iterative launches).
  • Demonstrated product management mindset: strong discovery and problem‑framing skills, value driven prioritization, crisp PRDs/user stories, and the ability to translate ambiguous Finance asks into clear, sequenced product increments.
  • 3+ years of Finance domain experience, either: (a) working directly in a Finance organization (e.g., Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Revenue), or (b) as a functional consultant / systems owner embedded with Finance teams.
  • Functional understanding of core Finance processes (GL, AP/AR, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, planning and forecasting) and how they show up in systems, data models, and controls.
  • Hands‑on configuration and product knowledge of both NetSuite and SAP Finance modules (e.g., GL, AP/AR, FA, Cost/Profit Center structures, consolidations), including experience with implementations, optimizations, or major enhancements in at least one of these platforms.
  • Experience with additional Finance tools such as Coupa, Zip, Ironclad, Vertex, Anaplan, Kyriba, Costar leasing, RevPro, and/or similar platforms, including configuration and integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to execute enhancements and large cross‑functional projects in the Finance Applications space, from discovery and design through rollout, change management, and adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between Finance and technical audiences and to influence decisions across Finance, IT, and business partners.
  • Solid understanding of upstream/downstream applications and data flows that interact with Finance systems (GTM, Supply Chain, HR/People, Data platforms, banking, tax).
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Nice to haves
  • Background in high‑growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or data center environments.
  • Hands-on experience with building AI agents for Finance use cases (e.g., close automation, reconciliations, variance analysis).
  • Finance data analysis using analytical tools like Tableau
  • Prior exposure to global Finance operations, multi‑entity/multi‑currency environments, and local GAAP/localization requirements.
