Dealerware is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Sr. Product Manager - Automotive Integrations, to manage our scheduler, DMS, CRM, and other automotive vendor integrations. You will be responsible for defining requirements and driving the execution of platform features that deliver high value to dealerships, dealer groups, and OEM partners. Your work will directly impact how we integrate with strategic partners and how those integrations will deliver customer value and business growth.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Partnerships.

As a Sr. Product Manager - Automotive Integrations, you will:

  • Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for automotive integrations.
  • Partner with Automotive Vendors: Work directly with DMS and other automotive software partners to translate technical requirements and business needs into scalable workflows.
  • Define Requirements: Gather and document use cases, technical specs, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features and iterate on the product roadmap.
  • Support Go-to-Market Execution: Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with product positioning, enablement, and launches for integrated solutions.
  • Ensure Compliance & Standards: Ensure product alignment with automotive industry standards and compliance where relevant, and via collaboration with Legal.
  • Constantly Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Be an Entrepreneur: Unite the organization around your vision for integrations, inspiring both direct and indirect teams to join your cause. You are an adept negotiator who always looks for the win-win.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, automotive, or IoT industries
  • Deep understanding of automotive platforms, dealership software ecosystem, and relevant vendors like Tekion, Cox, CDK, etc.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling automotive integrations with enterprise customers
  • Strong ability to work with engineering teams and speak fluently in technical and business terms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Agile development, JIRA, product analytics tools, and API platforms
  • Comfortable extracting and manipulating data with SQL, Excel, etc. 
  • Skilled at defining and prioritizing product needs; you write killer user stories.
  • Adept in Agile frameworks.

Even better if you have:

  • Passion for automotive fleet management, mobility, and/or personal transportation.
  • Experience with dealerships, dealer groups, OEMs, rental, subscription, ID/Insurance verification technologies, and telematics.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
