Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage business units marketing budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and strategic allocation of resources.
  • Drive execution of tactical marketing initiatives and projects that support the strategic objectives of the business units we serve.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement a cycle of continuous improvement to refine processes and outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and service capabilities to proactively identify new growth opportunities, innovative technologies, and emerging product or service prospects.
  • Ensure all projects align with the company's strategic vision.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer needs to inform product strategies and uncover opportunities for market share expansion.
  • Facilitate cross-functional go-to-market initiatives by coordinating efforts across various departments such as Strategic Development, Marketing, and Services.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to the portfolio team based on thorough analysis and insights.

Role Requirements

  • Ability to think strategically and be able to execute marketing plans on time and on budget.
  • Curiosity and drive is key, we need someone passionate about developing and implementing marketing plans in a healthcare environment.
  • Thrive working in a target based, busy environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a similar healthcare technology environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. 

Working Arrangements

  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
  • Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
  • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), for example.

Salary Range
$75,000$90,000 USD
