Hi, we’re CompanyCam.

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of all commercial and home services industries. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. We’re committed to providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience that helps our users build trust within their company and with their customers.

But don’t let that corporate description fool you—the people behind our buttoned-up product are laid-back (but hardworking), genuine, and kickass, and you could be one of them!

The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate CompanyCam’s growth by building and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies that connect creative, media, and web experiences into scalable systems. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving marketing team focused on driving measurable impact through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll lead strategic planning, guide campaign execution across key channels, mentor marketers, and unlock insights that fuel our acquisition and revenue goals. Your work will directly shape our approach to paid media, testing, and performance analytics, ensuring we hit our growth targets.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media and full-funnel growth strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and manage testing frameworks that drive experimentation and continuous optimization across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and web teams to ensure cohesive, data-informed campaign execution.
  • Lead and mentor growth marketers to elevate analytical, creative, and strategic capabilities.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
The Impact You'll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Advancing scalable, repeatable growth systems that meaningfully contribute to acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Influencing cross-functional direction through clear, data-backed insights and storytelling.
  • Improving marketing performance through smarter experimentation, attribution, and funnel optimization.
  • Elevating team capability and creating a culture of testing, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You'll Bring
  • Expertise in paid media platforms such as 6sense, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other analytics/BI tools.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, including landing page and website experience optimization.
  • Strong skills in audience segmentation, attribution modeling, and funnel performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with the skill to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership experience mentoring marketers and collaborating across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing, preferred.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or app-based products and lifecycle or retention marketing, preferred.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
