Marketing at Curai
We are looking for a Sr. Patient Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Curai Health. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive enrollment across both enterprise member populations as well as consumer direct strategies. This role sits within the Growth team at Curai and you will be the fourth full-time member of a growing marketing team.

What You’ll Do
• Own the strategy and execution of acquisition, enrollment, and conversion marketing programs and campaigns targeting both the members of our enterprise partners and the broader consumer audience. Tactics may include:
-Email + SMS campaigns (in Customer.io)
-Direct Mail
-Paid media, including Display/Native, SEM, and Paid Social
-Landing page optimization/CRO
-SEO
-Referral programs
-Affiliate/Partner Marketing
-Content marketing
• Conduct rigorous MVT and AB testing experiments to evaluate our messaging, offer, audience, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with our Client Success and Implementations teams to enable new and current clients/partners in co-marketing efforts.
• Partner with the Sr. Growth Product Manager for broader experiments and in-funnel optimizations.
• Lead reporting and analysis on patient marketing programs, ensuring alignment with goals and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights. Utilize data to inform and guide marketing programs and spending decisions.
What You’ll Need
• 6+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally marketing healthcare services to patients.
• 4+ years of experience directly managing ad platforms and audience building.
• 4+ Deep experience with email marketing.
• Strong history of CRO + MVT experience and quantitative skills in analyzing marketing data to leverage insights that drive decision-making.
• Experience scaling growth across numerous target markets with multiple product offerings.
• Available for up to 10% travel for team meetings and events

This position's annual base salary range is between $130,000 and $160,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, and they increase your overall compensation package significantly based on company success. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
