Partner Operations Senior Analyst
Boston, MA
PTC’s Partner Network provides leading technology, tools and resources needed for Partner success. This organization relies on Partner Operations for business insights to manage a dynamic and transactional business at scale. Our goal is to ensure that the organization has the business intelligence to make informed decisions, accelerate the business and grow in the marketplace.
The Partner Operations analyst has global responsibility and will work cross functionally to drive the financial growth of our Partners. With a mix of business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytics capabilities, you’ll create and manage highly visible deliverables which drive meaningful change within the organization at all levels.
Your Day-To-Day:
Reveal operational and performance insights relating to business initiatives, strategies, programs and policies which enable strategic and tactical decision making.
Model financial impacts, analyze and reconcile data, provide analysis and provide business recommendations.
Manage the health of the Partner Network through inspection of Partner/PSR performance against established KPIs and company goals.
Maintain alignment and active collaboration with regional and corporate operations and selling teams to ensure understanding of PTC’s dynamic business. Provide enablement and guidance, as needed.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive transparency and confidence with data and insights, both internally and externally.
Support delivery of ad-hoc requests and management of assigned projects.
Develop, maintain and grow Partner business acumen to enable effective support.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
3+ years of experience working in revenue or sales operations. Channel and SaaS experience preferred.
Self-motivated individual, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment.
Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Ability to drive projects in cross-functional environment while managing key stakeholder expectations and timelines.
Strong business acumen, especially in a Channel/Partner selling model. Able to think about the business holistically.
Proactive, effective communicator with strong organizational and inter-personal skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
Excellent analytical abilities with strength in accuracy and diligence.
Experience with data visualization is desirable (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI or other)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or economics
Previous experience in directly support and interacting with Senior Management
PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the annual salary range for this position to be between $82,000 - $131,000. The actual pay may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of PTC’s benefits programs, employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave policies, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and a generous commuter subsidy.
