Job Description
At Nexthink, we're on a mission to revolutionize the digital employee experience and our partners play a critical role in making that happen. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team, focused on driving impactful co-marketing programs with our most strategic partners, including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Advisory firms.

What You'll Do
  • Partner Strategy & Execution - Build and execute joint marketing plans with Nexthink's largest partners, aligning to their go-to-market strategies and our joint value propositions.
  • Campaign Development - Create and lead multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, awareness, and pipeline - from joint events and webinars to digital campaigns and content co-creation.
  • Relationship Management - Serve as the key marketing point of contact for strategic partner teams, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Field & Sales Enablement - Equip internal teams and partner sellers with the tools, messaging, and assets needed to drive joint success in the field.
  • Performance & Optimization - Track, measure, and analyze program performance to assess ROI and continuously optimize for impact.

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on partner, channel, or alliance marketing
  • Comfortable working directly with large, complex partners like GSIs, MSPs, VARs, and advisory firms.
  • A collaborative, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven, with a passion for measuring and optimizing program performance.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.

  • Proven success in building and executing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Experience working across the marketing mix - events, content, digital, social, and email.
  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture but also roll up your sleeves to execute.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and the evolving partner ecosystem.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
