- Deliver ServiceNow product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Lead the scoping and delivery of Business Value Assessments.
- Collaborate with account executives to develop proposals and technical solutions.
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow's platform.
- Support pipeline generation activities, including webinars and workshops.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

- Proven experience in solution consulting, presales, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or workflow automation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
