TrueTandem is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect with strong cloud experience across Power Platform Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 and Azure to help our customers accelerate modernization and migration to Microsoft Cloud. This role will collaborate with our strategic customers to help them envision, plan and design innovative solutions to connect communicate and collaborate using the Microsoft Cloud. Additionally, this role will lead the effort to build and enhance TrueTandem’s Center of Excellence competency across Microsoft Power Platform and D365 Business Applications, with a focus on driving presales capability development as well as delivery success.

Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions using Microsoft Business Apps stack

Develop POC s and Minimal Viable Product MVP to demonstrate the business value of Power Apps and Power Automate

Automate customer business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform based solutions as per customer specific requirements

Lead delivery teams using Power Platform with different backends such Dataverse SharePoint SQL or other databases

Integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs

Establish manage and operate Power Platform COE for our customers to drive citizen development

Partner and work closely with global Microsoft Alliance team create new go to market offerings for Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace

Collaborate with business development and infrastructure teams

Assist with Pre-Sales proposals response with cloud native solution architectures estimates and optimal delivery models.

Providing thought leadership for new and emerging Microsoft solutions including Power Platform, D365 Business Applications Microsoft Viva, Azure etc.

Drive customer workshops presentations and hackathons working closely with account and sales team

Help identify and develop solution accelerators reusable components and frameworks to provide differentiated value proposition.

Required Skills:

10 years of overall IT experience across architecture design and development

Must be US Citizen and to be able to obtain a customer clearance

Strong understanding of low code to no code solutions market trends and value proposition

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on professional experience in developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps and Power Pages

Experience in fully implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence COE and platform governance in federal

Competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems

Hand on development experience using Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder, Azure, OpenAI, Dataverse, PAD, RPA, etc.

Experience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration

Experience with Azure technologies – primarily Azure Functions, Web Jobs, Logic Apps, App Services

Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services

Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF will be advantage

Knowledge of ALM Azure DevOps CI CD and Automation in the context of Power Platform

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities will be advantage

Relevant Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Azure and or Dynamics 365

Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with technical and executive audiences
