The Senior Manager of Contract Management will oversee vendor contracts, negotiate agreements, resolve disputes, and collaborate across teams to improve operational processes.

WHAT OUR SR MANAGERS CONTRACT MANAGEMENT ENJOY MOST
- Supporting the vendor selection process in partnership with business owners- developing request for quotes (RFQs) or request for proposals (RFPs)
- Negotiating master service agreement (MSA) terms
- Maintaining and managing the Contract Management System (Agiloft)
- Developing pricing models based on the operational needs of business owners
- Negotiating statement of work (SOWs); gaining acceptance from the vendor, Operations, Procurement, and Legal, following through to full execution
- Keeping SOW and MSA terminology up to date
- Supporting Operations to resolve contract disputes, adhering to contract terms
- Leading contract renewal and approval process
- Notifying vendors of termination of SOWs or entire agreements
- Providing modeling analysis to drive volume placement decisions based on varying terms and pricing

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Contract management: 7 or more years; Management: 3 or more years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Abilities: Analytical and financial ability; analyze and interpret common technical journals, financial reports, regulatory orders, and legal documents; effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders; communicate effectively verbally and in writing; supervise and motivate others
- Knowledge: Business contracts construction, reviewing & drafting; commercial products & services; financial clauses for credits and collections; telephony regulations; IP network architecture; general accounting & billing procedures
- Hybrid Schedule: Four days in-office weekly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Broadband/telecom management; project Management and/or business development; prior experience in a Paralegal role
- Knowledge: Understanding of legal terms and conditions with knowledge of contract construction and terminology
