Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Development Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be engineering our products through their development and launch, as well as ongoing sustaining engineering.  As a part of that, you will be expected to be very hands-on as we build and test validation samples of our designs. You will have concrete success stories where you yourself have built and evaluated your designs.  Ideally you have experience developing, launching, and improving successful products that incorporate sheet metal, molded plastics, electronics, and batteries to create an entire systems solution.  You will also have a proven track record of analyzing quality and performance data, sleuthing to the root cause(s) of issues, and identifying improvement opportunities. As a member of the Engineering Team, you will be working closely with Bigbelly’s global manufacturing team, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to bring our designs to life with excellence.
