What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Own the experimentation roadmap: identify opportunities, define test plans, and implement A/B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement UX and functionality improvements based on test insights.
- Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, build a measurement framework, forecast performance, and evaluate test results.
- Monitor site performance and user behavior to generate data-backed hypotheses and uncover optimization opportunities across the customer journey.
- Help build and scale web optimization and experimentation processes that enhance team efficiency and execution.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience with UX/UI design and CRO efforts in a direct-to-consumer business.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely (A/B testing), Google Analytics, Hotjar, and business intelligence platforms like Fabric.
- Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and experience running tests at scale.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including UX best practices, SEO, domain management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey strategies and insights across cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and results from testing/experimentation.
Salary Range
$75,375 - $100,475
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
