As a Sr Marketing Manager you will take the lead on our B2B and B2C campaign strategies. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with teams to build a demand gen pipeline for sales as well as bridge students with job training programs. Your expertise in performance marketing and strategic attitude will play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads for our sales team and ensuring the success of our student recruitment campaigns.
This isn’t a role with rigid playbooks. We thrive on creativity, curiosity, and data. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate across sales, operations, product, content, and agency teams. What you'll do here:
Lead the development and execution of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
Design and run lead generation campaigns to drive top- and mid-funnel growth
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on target accounts and understand buyer journeys
Partner with the content team to ensure campaigns deliver the right message at the right time
Help maintain a healthy sales pipeline through strategic marketing initiatives
Lead full-funnel B2C marketing campaigns to drive student enrollment in training programs
Develop and manage multi-channel media plans across platforms like paid search, social media, programmatic, and connected TV (CTV)
Analyze campaign performance data to continuously optimize and refine marketing strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with employer and training program partners
Understand partner needs and align marketing efforts to attract ideal candidates
Skills you will need here:
6–10 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation
Proven track record in both B2C and B2B marketing environments
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive decisions
Independent thinker with sound judgment and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning from both wins and failures
Collaborative team player who communicates with confidence and clarity
Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas and strategic thinking to the table
Motivated by impact and driven to help others succeed
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
