What We Need: 

With a growing list of payer and health system relationships, Synapse Health is seeking a talented Sr. Market Implementation Project Manager to lead new partner launches and manage strategic projects. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans for multi-state launches. Reporting to the SVP, Solution & Implementation, the Sr. Market Implementation Project Manager will ensure objectives are met, deliverables are on schedule, and business expectations are exceeded. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, network, sales, legal, and compliance, to develop comprehensive implementation plans. 
  • Lead project management for new partner launches, providing ongoing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Define and manage project scope changes, evaluate related impacts, and propose actionable solutions. 
  • Track implementation activities against timelines, ensuring accountability and clear expectations. 
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues, facilitating timely resolutions. 
  • Analyze data to provide insights and prepare detailed reports that support decision-making and business case development. 
  • Identify gaps in processes and develop solutions, ensuring effective communication and documentation of changes. 
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to implement system or process improvements as needed. 
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required). 
  • 5-7 years of experience in implementation management or project management (required). 
  • Experience in healthcare or a regulated environment (preferred). 
  • Knowledge of the DME industry or health plan operations (preferred). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to learn job-specific software systems. 
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
