This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest zone in Kraft Heinz. The Sr Manager KHMS has the crucial role of coaching, teaching, and assessing the implementation of Plant performance systems including Performance Boards, Operational Meetings, Line Balancing, Workforce Crewing & Scheduling, Multi Machine Operations, Autonomous Teams and Trio Pathway execution as dictated by the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS). As a company we believe that following the KHMS discipline will allow us to achieve the ambitious targets. The role will report directly to the Head of North America KHMS to ensure consistent understanding of Standards and GOP's. This role seeks to improve all manufacturing KPIs and improve the execution and governance of KHMS. This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Additionally, this role requires normal working hours and travel up to 50%.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00

- Help execute strategy for pillar that will deliver results in line with AOP and 5 Year Strategic Plan. (30%)
- Coach and teach KHMS Pillar chapters to boost the capability of all employees (30%)
- Collaborate with functional groups, pillar owners, digital team, and global KHMS to simplify KHMS and deliver a single solution to plants that incorporates all pillars (30%)
- Support efforts to share best practices and develop enhancements to Pillar content and assessment criteria. (10%)
