The Impact of a Sr. Manager TA - Sales, Marketing G&A at Coupa:
As the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition for GTM and Corporate functions, you will lead recruitment strategies for Sales, Marketing, and G&A teams across North America and LATAM. Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, you will act as a strategic advisor to revenue and corporate leaders to hire, retain, and develop top talent while driving high-performance, data-driven hiring processes.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic GTM Partnership: Act as the trusted advisor to GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) and G&A executives to define hiring needs, create success profiles, and build robust, diverse talent pipelines.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talent acquisition partners to achieve regional hiring goals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Operational & Data Excellence: Utilize Gem CRM and Lever ATS data and recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring impact to senior leadership.
- Proactive Sourcing Strategy: Oversee proactive sourcing strategies for critical GTM roles, utilizing networking and advanced search techniques to position Coupa as an employer of choice.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from talent mapping to offer negotiation—ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Change Leadership: Guide the team through evolving business needs and organizational shifts, maintaining agility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Experience: 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the software/tech industry, with specific expertise in GTM roles (Sales, Marketing) and 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Advisory Skills: Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding talent planning, market trends, and workforce goals.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in tracking recruiting metrics and using data to influence decision-making and improve hiring velocity.
- Tools: Proficiency with recruiting tools and systems; experience with the GEM CRM / ATS suite is a strong plus.
- Regional Scope: Experience managing talent acquisition strategies across both North America and LATAM.
