Responsibilities
- Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed targets
- Manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) and guide their professional growth
- Select and coordinate key and strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution of sales plans
- Collaborate closely with the Global Director of Business Development, Biologics Drug Substance to agree on goals and strategies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably within the biologics or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical approach with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
