Sr Manager, Sales

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks individuals to join a hardworking and ambitious team, contributing significantly in biologics drug substance development. As a Sr Manager, Sales, you will lead our Business Development Associates team and strategic accounts. Join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed targets
  • Manage a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) and guide their professional growth
  • Select and coordinate key and strategic accounts, ensuring flawless execution of sales plans
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Director of Business Development, Biologics Drug Substance to agree on goals and strategies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to determine their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably within the biologics or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical approach with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
