To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Sr Manager, Product Performance located (Remote US).
Reporting to the Director, Operations the Sr Manager, Product Performance is the responsible for enabling revenue growth, profitability, and operational discipline across business. Partners closely with Financy, Supply chain , and cross-functional teams to strengthen P&L management, revenue forecasting, and business outlook processes.
What a typical day looks like:
- Partner with finance and supply chain to continuously improve revenue forecasts, margin analysis, and business outlook reporting.
- Work directly with Product Line Directors to lead pipeline reviews, evaluate funnel health, and provide insights to maximize order conversion, revenue and profitability.
- Deliver actionable analysis on revenue, pricing, and margin performance; track progress against targets and ensure accountability in each line of business.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations to understand cost drivers, lead times, and delivery metrics impacting P&L performance.
- Develop and manage to product information and data strategy, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information across systems.
- Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to support fact-based, timely decision-making.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience driving revenue and P&L performance
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance reviews
- Proven ability to engage and influence Product Line Directors and cross-functional partners
- Knowledge of product data, business information management, or commercial operations
- Collaborative and analytical mindset, with credibility across finance, product, and operations
- 5+ years of data analysis experience.
- Experience in Salesforce and power Bi.
