What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or certifications, an asset.
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, Operations, or related disciplines; financial services experience preferred.
- Agile Expertise: Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Lean; ability to integrate PDLC with Agile practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change.
- Presentation Skills: Advanced ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations.

Impact You'll Make:
As the Senior Advisor, Product Operations & Strategy, you will be reporting to the Director, Product Management, and working closely with the Canada Solutions Leadership team to accelerate delivery and improve decision velocity for the Solutions team. By operationalizing the department management system, embedding a modern Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and optimizing reporting, you will ensure transparency, compliance and alignment across the Canada Solutions team and TransUnion Canada. Your work will enable faster concept-to-commercialization and provide leadership with timely, actionable insights that drive informed decisions.
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain the departmental operating model.
- Collaborate with Product leaders to ensure clarity and accountability and effectively deliver operating model outcomes.
- Prepare leadership updates for reviews, planning cycles and ad-hoc reporting.
- Enforce governance structures for transparency and compliance.
- Deploy and drive adoption of the new PDLC in partnership with Enterprise Project Management (ePMO) and TransUnion Global Solutions.
- Consult with business leaders to align product strategies and share best practices.
