We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Product Management to drive the vision, development, and integration of Segmint’s capabilities within Alkami’s Engagement Platform. Reporting to the Director of Segmint, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and measurement. You will lead efforts to deliver an API-first segmentation and analytics services, enabling powerful, data-driven experiences across Alkami’s digital banking ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
Strategically lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver high-quality, innovative products that exceed customer expectations.
Own and evolve the Segmint product roadmap in alignment with Alkami’s “Anticipatory Banking” strategy and cross-functional stakeholder needs.
Drive a strong discovery practice to ensure roadmap items are grounded in validated market and user needs.
Define, document, and advocate for standardized RESTful and event-driven APIs, enabling consumption of Segmint segmentation, insights, campaigns, and reporting by internal and third-party platforms.
Collaborate with engineering and developer relations to ensure APIs are scalable, well-documented, and intuitive.
Partner with Data Solutions and Engineering to deliver new cloud-native pipelines for prospect acquisition, and productize them as Segmint-native capabilities.
Lead the end-to-end integration of Segmint into Alkami’s Online Banking and CMS platforms, ensuring frictionless data flow and a consistent multi-channel user experience.
Serve as the integration owner across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with internal Product teams and external partners to embed Segmint into third-party match-tool workflows, supporting a seamless journey from data ingestion to campaign execution.
Manage and prioritize a technical-debt backlog; balance new features with long-term platform scalability and reliability.
Act as the central point of contact for Sales, Client Success, UX, Engineering, and Data Science—driving transparency, aligning priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to create compelling product collateral, demos, and training that showcase Segmint’s unique value and API capabilities.
Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., API adoption, integration health, pipeline throughput, technical debt reduction), and use insights to continuously optimize product delivery and value.
Foster a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
Build a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
8+ years in product management and 5+ years as a people leader, preferably with API-first platforms, data/MarTech, or developer-focused ecosystems.
Strong fluency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Kafka/event streaming, and cloud-native data pipelines.
Familiarity with API gateways, microservices architectures, and developer experience best practices.
Proven experience integrating SaaS platforms into complex systems (e.g., online banking, CMS) with an understanding of security, compliance, and performance considerations.
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions, inform prioritization, and measure success (e.g., feature adoption, usage metrics).
Skilled in leading Agile/Scrum teams; expert with Jira, Confluence, and agile ceremonies.
Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, influence without authority, and rally cross-functional teams.
Strong customer orientation; committed to solving real problems through intuitive, high-impact experiences.
Desired Skills
Experience in financial services, banking technology, or marketing automation is a strong plus.
