ROLE SUMMARY
As a part of the Purpose Blueprint 2.0's Execution Makes the Difference, we have an aspiration to develop world-class training for commercial customer-facing colleagues and leaders via the new Global Customer Engagement Training (GCET) organization. The GCET organization is built to meet commercial customer-facing learners where they are by deploying innovative, multimodal approaches to deliver best in class learning content that spans roles, brands, and topics.
The Platform & System Project Management Specialist will manage and coordinate training for customer-facing colleagues using the portfolio of GCET learning technologies (SAP, Degreed, Axonify, etc.), and enabling systems. This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing a comprehensive multimodal training program across the Customer Engagement Training platform. The goal is to enhance training methods and outcomes through innovative technological and in-person approaches. Reporting to the Learning Effectiveness Lead, the role will work closely with key business partners, and cross-functional partners, including GCET, digital, CMO, and other stakeholders from US and international markets, to ensure successful training campaigns and organizational alignment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Development and Global Implementation Planning
  • Responsible for creation and execution of a multimodal training strategy that optimizes learning outcomes and enhances the overall training experience.
  • Identify and integrate GCET multimodal capabilities and rationalize within market offerings to support multimodal strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish localization and implementation plan for global GCET programs with International prioritized markets.

Multimodal Ecosystem Management and Operationalization
  • Ecosystem architecture and design to support global programs and delivery of key training programs.
  • Inform key reporting and effectiveness frameworks for markets
  • Extend the current operational model to support new multimodal capabilities for flawless execution and operational support for prioritized markets.
  • Establish new capabilities and services to support new multimodal learning Platforms and Commercial Business Services.

Project Planning and Coordination
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for multimodal platform support and learning campaigns within multimodal platforms
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are understood and met
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion

Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between the project team and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
  • Facilitate collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of project initiatives

Risk Management
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain a framework for continuous improvement of project management processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into project management methodologies

Training Optimization
  • Utilize data and feedback to optimize project management approaches, tailoring strategies to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Learning Effectiveness analytics and measures lead to develop and maintain metrics to evaluate the success of projects, providing regular reports to senior leadership

Resource Management
  • Track and manage resources effectively to support the development and execution of multimodal training strategies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and offerings in support of multimodal training initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably in sales, training, digital, or marketing-related fields
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building partnerships and working collaboratively across functions
  • Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Experience with budget management, data analysis, and reporting
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or relevant area
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification
  • Experience with multimodal learning strategies
  • Enterprise application implementation and management experience
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasional travel for team and customer meetings.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. * The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $108,700.00 to $181,100.00.
