Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Market Analysis & Forecasting (MA&F) Lead Analyst to join our collaborative, high-impact team focused on shaping the future of healthcare innovation for Enterprise Informatics (EI). As an individual contributor, you will develop comprehensive market models and forecasts that directly inform corporate development and investment decisions. In this role, you will conduct in-depth strategic competitor intelligence, contribute to enterprise-wide strategic planning, and support key initiatives such as regional growth projects and deep innovation dives. Your insights will help evaluate the market potential, as well as guiding decisions on where and how to invest. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in team environments, are eager to partner across functions, and are confident presenting insights to senior leadership. If you're passionate about using data to drive strategy and innovation in healthcare, we’d love to meet you.

Your role:

  • Lead the development and continuous refinement of comprehensive, model-based market sizing and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making for the Enterprise Informatics business. Leverage deep domain expertise to deliver high-impact, data-driven insights that inform corporate development, investment prioritization, and long-range planning.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner across cross-functional teams—including Strategy, M&A, Business Development, and Market Units—by delivering competitive intelligence, managing historical market share performance, and providing executive-ready analyses. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to surface critical market signals, align growth opportunities, and contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

  • Successful candidates should (1) be comfortable networking both within and outside of Philips, (2) have strong analytical skills and (3) possess solid presentation skills to deliver various market insights to key Philips business group and geographic market decision makers.  We expect our team members to exhibit a high level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and creativity.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in an analytical role (i.e., equity analysis, strategy consulting, corporate finance or other relevant employment), with 2 years of experience in Healthcare or Informatics market analysis.

  • Your skills include competitor analysis, data analytics, data management, forecasting, economics, market modeling, stakeholder management, market intelligence, KPI monitoring and reporting, business case analyses, and business modeling—enabling you to deliver strategic insights, support data-driven decision-making, and drive impactful outcomes across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Economics, Engineering or other related discipline (MBA, PhD or other graduate degree a plus).

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You're a research-driven strategist who builds market models and forecasts to guide growth decisions and uncover new opportunities. With a curious mindset, you analyze trends, monitor competitors, and deliver insights that shape strategic plans and key corporate initiatives. Your collaborative approach and sharp analytical skills ensure leadership has the intelligence needed to stay ahead in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
