The Sr. Manager, Integrations will lead CRM integration projects, specifically migrating clients from Salesforce to HubSpot, while mentoring and developing the CRM team and ensuring project delivery quality.

The Sr. Manager, Integrations will be responsible for overseeing and architecting our most technically demanding CRM integration and migration projects. You will be our foremost expert in moving clients from other CRMs to HubSpot and building robust, scalable custom integrations. Your expertise will directly enable us to win and deliver for upmarket clients, and you will be instrumental in building our delivery methodologies and mentoring the entire CRM team.
A typical day for you would be:
-Act as the senior technical resource for the team, training and mentoring the back end developers, data analysts and native integration specialists on data modeling, integration patterns, and migration best practices. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of consultants, architects, and specialists. foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning;
- Train and coach the team on HubSpot custom integration and advanced migration best practices. Lead cross-functional calls with clients, integration developers and strategists to bridge knowledge gaps;
- Serve as the lead technical architect for allHubSpot migrations and complex integration projects;
- Develop the "SmartBug Way" for migration and integration delivery, specifically creating standardized playbooks, checklists, and documentation for data migration and integration within Tettra;
- Design custom solutions within the HubSpot platform (Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs) to solve complex client business challenges;
- Own and maintain the practice's HubSpot sandbox environment and other 3rd party tool production environments for testing, training, and demo purposes;
- Ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of all projects, managing client escalations as they arise.
Requirements:
- Advanced HubSpot expertise.
- Proven experience leading an integration team or consulting team within a agency environment;
- 5-6 years of extensive, hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator or Consultant is required;
- Deep expertise with complex integrations with a strong preference for HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills;
- Deep, demonstrable expertise with the HubSpot platform, including Operations Hub, Sales Hub, and advanced workflows. HubSpot certifications are a major plus;
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple CRM data integration projects Strong understanding of data modeling, data hygiene principles, and API-based integrations, PHP, mySQL;
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions;
- Relevant professional experience and certifications (e.g., HubSpot, SalesForce, etc.) (preferred qualifications);
- Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace (preferred qualifications).
