Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing & Communications to lead the planning, execution, and performance optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role will be instrumental in elevating our brand, generating demand, reinforcing thought leadership, and driving cost-effective marketing decisions rooted in measurable impact.
The Sr. Manager will manage a Social Media Manager and oversee our external PR agency, ensuring cohesive messaging and consistent execution across all communications channels. This individual will define and monitor KPIs across all programs, evaluate performance regularly, and make recommendations to pause, pivot, or scale initiatives based on results. Cross-functional collaboration with executives, channel leads, and Internal Communications will be essential to align messaging and maximize marketing ROI.
How you'll make an impact:
Integrated Campaign Management
- Develop and execute multi-channel, full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, audience insights, and measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate with Creative, Lifecycle, Digital, B2B, and Product Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact campaigns.
- Own campaign strategy, planning, timelines, execution, and performance tracking across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Establish campaign-level and channel-specific KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders and analytics partners; use these metrics to evaluate impact and make recommendations for continuation, pause, or reallocation of resources.
Social Media Strategy
- Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that builds brand awareness, engagement, and channel-specific growth.
- Supervise and support the Social Media Manager in daily operations, content development, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Monitor social trends and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation, reach expansion, and audience alignment.
External Communications
- Lead the company’s public relations strategy, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and awards.
- Set measurable goals for PR performance, including media pickups, reach, and engagement; track and report results regularly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the external PR agency -- setting direction, aligning goals, and managing output. Collaborate on crisis communications planning and rapid-response initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership and subject matter experts on spokesperson preparation and proactive media opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts reflect business priorities and deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to align messaging strategies, ensuring consistent storytelling across employee and external-facing channels.
- Support executive visibility and thought leadership across media, speaking engagements, and owned content platforms, with clear performance tracking and impact evaluation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with proven success in campaign management and external communications.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across channels (email, paid media, web, social, PR).
- Strong analytical skills and experience defining and tracking KPIs, with a focus on performance-based decision making.
- Familiarity with SEO and AI-powered search trends, and how they impact content and social strategy.
- Passion for continuous improvement and ability to sunset underperforming initiatives in favor of higher-ROI programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
What would make you stand out:
- Background in fintech or financial services, with an understanding of the regulatory and reputational nuances of the industry.
- Exposure to analyst relations or investor-facing comms.
- Experience in high-growth or change-heavy environments.
