About the Role:
Reporting to the VP, Global Partner Experience, as CrowdStrike’s Senior Manager, Global Partner Incentives, you’ll be part of a strategic team focused on optimizing the overall end-to-end partner lifecycle across all GTM channels, ensuring mutual success between CrowdStrike and its ecosystem of Partners. In this role, you will be tasked with leading a team responsible for architecting and managing a comprehensive global Partner incentive and rewards strategy for CrowdStrike.
What You'll Do:
Lead a global team chartered with the development of a comprehensive global incentive and rewards strategy in concert with various cross-functional leadership teams
Architect, implement, and manage Partner incentive and reward programs across all of CrowdStrike’s GTMs
Measure the adoption, performance, and ROI of various incentive programs
Create and deliver executive level messaging in support of our incentive programs
Design curated pricing and incentive strategies in concert with sales plays to accelerate partner motions
Provide management and governance to CrowdStrike’s incentive and rewards platforms
Orchestrate Partner and CrowdStrike incentive enablement efforts; Ensure enablement programs are communicated, understood and executed to reinforce available content
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, perform ongoing analysis of discounting within opportunities to understand market trends and identify opportunities for program enhancements or future incentives
Work with Partners and Alliances teams to solicit feedback on existing programs/processes, working to continuously drive operational efficiencies
Continuously advocate for our Alliance Partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives
What You'll Need:
10+ years relevant work experience in Partner/B2B ecosystem including Channel, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP) with elements of incentive management, and program/project management
Experience creating and managing global incentive and reward programs, e.g. SPIFFs and Rebates, pricebooks, and curated experiences
Experience managing contracts and legal agreements
Experience managing a portfolio of projects, with high attention to detail and ability to deliver to strict deadlines despite multiple ongoing projects and commitments
Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externally
Takes strong initiative and is a quick learner able to execute independently
Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent general communication and presentation skills
Ability to distill large amounts of information that enables quick decision-making
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing
Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones
Ability to travel both domestic and internationally up to 10%

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
