Job Description

We’re looking for an FP&A Senior Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Specialty Coram team. In this role, you’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial support for business leaders. You’ll drive process improvements, support strategic planning, and manage one direct report.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Coram leadership to align financial goals with strategy.
  • Own the full expense budget & forecast (headcount, vendors, equipment, supplies, shipping, etc.)
  • Prepare FP&A materials for senior leader reviews during planning cycles.
  • Report on weekly and monthly performance against budget/forecast.
  • Support and review your direct report’s work during month‑end and planning cycles.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and accountability‑driven culture.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Hyperion, S4, and Anaplan.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong detail orientation, analytical ability, and critical thinking.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
  • SAP/Essbase experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business OR equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
