Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented, highly motivated Sr. Field Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and strengthen customer relationships in Mexico. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands on executor who can translate corporate initiatives into localized programs, while partnering closely with Sales, partners, and cross-functional Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales objectives and corporate priorities.
  • Own the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, account-based marketing (ABM), partner programs, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
  • Drive execution of flagship events such as ServiceNow Summits, roundtables, workshops, and industry conferences, ensuring impactful customer and partner experiences.
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging for relevance in the region, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI using a data driven approach.
  • Manage relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize marketing impact.
  • Collaborate with extended marketing functions (digital, content, customer advocacy, corporate comms) to amplify field initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business,
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required (up to ~25%).
