Position Summary: As the Senior Manager of Demo Strategy, you will lead a team of Demo Strategists responsible for showcasing Adobe's innovative technology to potential clients and partners. You will be responsible for demo strategies for a range of Adobe products, including Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Forms, etc.), Adobe Commerce, Adobe Workfront, Adobe GenStudio for performance marketing, and Adobe GenStudio. Additionally, you will lead our "Content Supply Chain" demo go-to-market (GTM) readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Own global demo strategy and readiness for product set including industry variants and all formats of demonstrability across a diverse set of collaborators
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Demo Strategists, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel.
  • Champion a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

Demo Strategy Development:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive demo strategies for Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Workfront, Adobe GenStudio, and other related technologies.
  • Lead closure of demo gaps through the creation and curation of demo capabilities across various formats, using a matrixed resourcing ecosystem.
  • Ensure alignment of demo strategies with Go-To-Market, product teams, and

Pre-Sales Ecosystem Coordination:

  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand their specific needs for technical demos.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and external customers to gather necessary assets and information.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Adobe's technology stack, including AEM, GenStudio, and related products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Adobe technology and identify innovative ways to showcase them.

Project Management & Resourcing:

  • Set and coordinate demo priorities across demo tools teams, other solutions, and industry needs.
  • Create and maintain project plans for each pre-sales demonstration, ensuring all goals and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep demos on track.
  • Lead the procurement and distribution of hardware and software resources required for demonstrations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Adobe, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align demo strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to apply their expertise and resources for successful demos.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document standard methodologies, processes, and lessons learned for future reference.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on demo performance and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in a technical or software-related context.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe's technology stack, including Adobe XD, Figma, walnut.io, goconsensus.com, and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the pre-sales process and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $202,300 -- $343,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
