Position Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring for the Sr. Manager, Contracts role on behalf of its client, an aerospace and defense company. The Senior Manager joins the Contracts organization as a recognized expert and thought leader, managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance and negotiating contract terms and conditions with commercial and US Government customers. An active Secret clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of prior related experience.
- Ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and US Government customers.
- Negotiation experience with FAR Part 15 programs; expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations.
- Experience with Department of Defense regulations including FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR and CAS.
- Able to work onsite in Northampton, MA.
Compensation: Base salary of $190,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
