Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

 

Legend Biotech is seeking Sr. Manager, Commercial Training as part of the Commercial team based Remotely.

Role Overview

The Sr. Manager, Commercial Training position will assist in the development and implementation of new hires and ongoing training requirements for Legend Biotech Commercial Field Teams. The Sr. Manager will also be involved in the planning and execution of trainings at regional & national meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist head of training in ongoing development of disease state, product, competitive market training, development of sales skills and timeline planning to ensure maximum effectiveness of sales force.
  • Assist head of training with facilitating training programs: new hire, regional, national trainings and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Conduct field rides with customer-facing colleagues to ensure appropriate and effective execution.
  • Collecting, organizing and analyze feedback following national training workshops.
  • Collaborate with district trainers to assess training requirements.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Management team to assess training gaps within regions and create quarterly needs assessment for future training development needs.
  • Facilitates ongoing distance learning programs to increase field competencies while minimizing time spent away from the customers.
  • Maintain a high level of business intelligence, including new training methods, and best practice sharing among Commercial Teams.
  • Documentation and reporting of attendance of Commercial team training sessions.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern Legend Biotech employees.
  • 50%+ Travel required.
  • Support the development, execution and pull-through of training plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA, RN credentials preferred.
  • 5 + years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated success.
  • 3 + years of Oncology/Cell Therapy experience.
  • 1 + year of training experience in coaching and training field based representative preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills required.
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize travel requirements.
  • Knowledge of relevant LEGEND IT systems.
