The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate to shape and refine product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers, aligning with the priorities of the marketing organization.
- Implement structured approach to consolidate and prioritize outcomes, business needs, and technical requirements from marketing and agency teams, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines and system capabilities
- Collaborate with internal digital teams, UX experts, and stakeholders across commercial and medical divisions to implement a product roadmap that streamlines our creative, media, and CRM processes, while collecting critical meta-data for optimizing customer experiences.
- Apply Product Management framework to actively manage Workfront product roadmap by combining business insight and technical understanding to define meaningful OKRs, prioritize initiatives, and drive value and impact.
- Align stakeholders on key problems to solve, manage product roadmaps, track UAT feedback and advocate for the product.
- Support monthly product councils and quarterly business review meetings by preparing outcome summaries, gathering stakeholder input, and presenting strategic roadmap updates to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
- Leverage platform and usage trends where available to support recommendations for innovation. Report on user engagement metrics and insights with Marketing and Digital peers, identifying opportunities to deliver value throughout the organization.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively facilitating and alignment between cross functional teams ensuring a shared understanding of goals, capabilities, and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and effectively manage stakeholders towards meaningful outcomes that create business impact.
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have- BA/BS in business, engineering, computer science, or other related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the marketing technology (MarTech) space.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, specifically Adobe Workfront.
- Experience as a Product Manager Lead with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and navigate within a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Experience with enterprise level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments

- Role will be responsible for multiple geographies but requires flexibility to work with US time-zone.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university is helpful and preferred in one of the following or related fields: Business (MBA), Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Economics, etc.
- Prior experience as platforms and technology product manager / business lead in Marketing operation teams or pharma
