Sr. Liquidity Product Manager – Core Platform

We are seeking an experienced Liquidity Product Manager to join the Liquidity Management team. This role serves as the platform owner, subject‑matter expert, and strategic thought leader for the bank’s core deposit platform.

The Product Manager – Core Deposit Platform is responsible for the strategy, development, and commercialization of core deposit capabilities across commercial and institutional segments, owning the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for demand deposit and interest‑bearing accounts and related capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a self‑directed leader who can translate strategic objectives into execution by defining the future‑state platform vision, prioritizing the product roadmap, and mobilizing cross‑functional partners across Technology, Treasury, Operations, Risk, and Sales to deliver scalable, compliant, and differentiated liquidity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the core liquidity and deposit product suite.
  • Own product strategy, including identification of new capabilities and use cases.
  • Prioritize initiatives, manage trade‑offs, and align investment spend to strategic outcomes.
  • Ensure the platform supports evolving client needs, regulatory expectations, and liquidity objectives.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for deposit capabilities in internal and client discussions.

 

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead delivery of product enhancements, technology upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives.
  • Own KTLO planning, budgeting, and long‑term platform sustainability.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operating efficiency and client experience.
  • Partner with technology teams on platform improvements, integrations, and automation.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on business value and client impact.

 

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner with cross‑functional and cross‑LOB stakeholders—including Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Relationship Management, and Analytics—to deliver platform enhancements and expansion initiatives.

 

Operational Excellence, Risk & Governance

  • Ensure stable day‑to‑day product operation and timely resolution of issues.
  • Address product‑specific inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Manage vendor and third‑party relationships.
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with commercial deposit platforms or treasury management systems.
  • Experience managing the product lifecycle and delivering platform enhancements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage sales, technology, and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $165,000  - $179,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience
