Who You Are: 

As a Sr. Legal Operations & Systems Specialist at HighLevel, you will partner with the Legal team to administer legal and AI technology initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and build processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.This role serves as the operational administrator of legal technology and will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, Security, and Engineering.

What You Will Do

  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administration

  • Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management tools with familiarity in Ironclad, Spotdraft, LeAh, Sirion Labs, LinkSquares or other similar CLM tools. 

  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, workflow configuration, contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, metadata management, approval routing, reporting, user administration, integrations, release testing, and user training. 

  • Legal Technology Administration 

  • Management of AI-assisted contract review and redlining tools (e.g., GCAI, Harvey, Ivo) and AI governance support.

  • Develop with the Director of Legal Operations scalable prompt libraries to enhance the effectiveness of AI-assisted review workflows.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental AI governance training and enablement sessions.

  • Monitor and report on AI tool performance metrics, including adoption rates and time-to-value.

  • Process Improvement 

  • Improvement of contract turnaround times, implement scalable workflows, and building dashboards and KPIs, driving adoption of legal technology. 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive legal department reporting metrics, including volume, spend, and cycle time analysis.

  • Administration of legal knowledge repositories, clause libraries, playbooks, SOPs, training documentation. 

  • Conduct regular audits of legal systems to identify efficiency gaps and implement automated workflow solutions.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with IT and Security teams to ensure data integrity and system compliance.

  • eBilling & Outside Counsel Management

  • Administration of outside counsel onboarding, invoice review workflows, billing guideline compliance, accrual reporting, and spend analytics

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal operations certificate, but not required.

  • Experience in a legal operations or paralegal role.

  • 5+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Technology.

  • Experience administering CLM systems.

  • Experience with AI legal technology.

  • Experience with eBilling platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracting.

The salary range for this position is $103000 - $125000 annually.
