Lead strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and customer experiences for Prime and Premier Checking products. Evaluate growth, pricing, funding, risk, and investment tradeoffs while shaping product economics and go-to-market strategies. Analyze market, customer, competitive, financial, and regulatory insights; define requirements and success metrics; and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes in a highly matrixed Agile environment.
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager - Affluent Deposits to help shape the strategic direction and evolution of Prime and Premier Checking products within the Consumer & Small Business Deposits organization. This role will lead the development of differentiated product value propositions, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies designed to drive sustainable balance growth and high customer satisfaction.
As a senior member of the product team, you will operate with a strong P&L-owner mindset, serving as a key arbiter of product-level economics. This individual will be responsible for setting product strategies and roadmaps that are customer-centric, financially sound, and competitive in the marketplace. This includes managing Prime and Premier Checking, conducting market and competitive analysis, driving product innovation, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and execution excellence. Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, financial rigor, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward informed, data-driven outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities.
