Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Provide technical leadership for the design, evolution, and governance of enterprise infrastructure, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, networking, identity systems, and operational tooling.
  • Drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency across enterprise services.
  • Champion automation-first approaches that reduce operational overhead, improve service delivery, and enhance system reliability.
  • Partner with Security and Engineering leaders to ensure enterprise systems align with organizational security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents, guiding resolution efforts and driving root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.

Operational Excellence

  • Own the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise-wide services and infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness and business continuity.
  • Lead the maturation of monitoring, observability, incident management, change management, and problem management practices.
